You do not need to answer a medical questionnaire for the plans we offer online. If you seeking pre-existing condition coverage then you may need to answer several medical questions.

I am planning to stay for a long time, If I need to return home early can I get a refund?
As long as you haven't had a claim then you would be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of your trip. You are responsible to provide proof of return to your home country. There may also be a nominal administration fee charged.

I plan to stay longer can I extend my plan?
As long as you haven't had a claim and know no reason to seek medical attention then you would be able to extend your plan. Most companies allow you to extend up to two years.

I have already arrived in Canada, can I still buy visitors to Canada medical insurance?
Yes, as long as you do not know any reason to seek medical attention and are in good health. Most companies impose a wait period of 2 to 8 days on claiming against a sickness. Accidents are covered immediately.
